In this interactive, 2-hr session, attendees will learn to apply critical principles from the front lines to guide dynamic, effective teams through constant change and uncertainty. By working in diverse groups to consider and respond to real-world startup scenarios — with the help of former U.S. Special Forces operators turned entrepreneurs — participants will walk away knowing how to make the right call in the most dire situations.
